Orders & Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Depending on availability, same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10am. Please call the shop on 01494 865444 to check availability.
How far do you deliver?
Local delivery is available within a 12-mile radius of the shop. Delivery within 2 miles of the shop is complimentary, with a flat delivery fee of £4.99 for all other locations within our delivery area.
Can I collect my flowers from the shop?
Yes - orders can be collected directly from the shop. Most orders are usually ready the following day, and depending on availability, same-day collection may be possible for orders placed before 10am.
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your flowers.
Will my flowers look exactly like the ones pictured online?
As we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, arrangements may vary slightly from the images shown online. While the overall style and colour palette will remain similar, this means every bouquet is unique and created using the freshest flowers available.
Weddings & Events
How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?
For weddings and events, it’s best to enquire as early as possible, especially during busy seasons. However, if your wedding is sooner, please still get in touch and the team will always do their best to help.
How do I book a wedding consultation?
Wedding consultations can be booked through the enquiry form on the Weddings & Events page. Once submitted, the team will be in touch to arrange a consultation.
Funeral & Sympathy
Can funeral flowers be ordered online?
Funeral and sympathy flowers are currently ordered by phone or in-store only, so the team can help guide you through the options and make sure everything is arranged carefully.
How much notice is needed for funeral flowers?
As funeral flowers are often time-sensitive and carefully planned, as much notice as possible is always appreciated. Please call or visit the shop to discuss requirements and availability.
Workshops & Flower Care
Do you offer private workshops?
Yes - alongside seasonal workshops, private workshops and group sessions can also be arranged. Please get in touch to discuss availability and ideas.
How long will my flowers last?
Fresh flowers usually last around 5-7 days, sometimes longer depending on the variety. To help them last as long as possible, keep them in fresh water, trim the stems regularly, and avoid direct sunlight or heat.
