Delivery & Collection
We offer both local delivery and collection from our shop in Prestwood.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within a 12-mile radius of our Prestwood shop for a flat fee of £5.99.
Collection from the shop is also available free of charge.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10am, subject to availability.
If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Delivery Times
- Orders are typically delivered on your selected date
- We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times
If you have a time-sensitive delivery, we recommend contacting us directly before placing your order.
If the Recipient Isn’t Home
If no one is available to receive the delivery:
- We will leave the flowers in a safe place where possible
- Or leave them with a neighbour
- A calling card may be left to let the recipient know
Collection
You are welcome to collect your order from our shop in Prestwood.
We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
